Terms of Service

verilix is a personal knowledge base that saves conversations with MCP-connected AI tools as structured documents you can search, browse, and organize.

• You can sign up with an email address or a Google account, and must keep your account information accurate.

• You are responsible for your account, API keys, and connected apps. Revoke a key immediately if you suspect it has leaked.

• You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

You retain all rights to the documents and conversations you save. The Service processes them only as needed to provide its features (storage, search, summarization, embedding generation, email delivery, etc.).

Do not store content that is illegal or infringes the rights of others.

• Using the Service for unlawful purposes or to harm others

• Circumventing security measures or attempting to access other users' data

• Automated or excessive requests that disrupt normal operation

If a violation is suspected, we may restrict use or suspend the account, with notice where practical and immediately in urgent cases.

Documents may contain content generated by connected AI tools or by AI models the Service uses. It may be inaccurate or outdated, and the Service does not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. Verify anything important yourself.

The Service is currently offered free of charge as a beta. Features, limits, and pricing may change or be discontinued; we will announce significant changes in the Service or by email. If paid features are introduced, existing free users will not be charged without their consent.

We work to keep your data safe but do not guarantee against loss from outages or errors. Back up anything important. Deleted documents are kept in the trash and can be restored.

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this free Service, except for damages caused by our intent or gross negligence.

We will notify you in the Service or by email before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.
